I have been a student of a few martial art styles. This is by far the best style and instructor I have ever had! He has the heart of a teacher and works great with students of all ages and backgrounds. The techniques taught are effective and have a strong focus on self defense. If you want an excellent workout, a fun environment, a great self defense class, or are interested in pursuing martial arts, this is the school you should join!
If you want to lose weight and/or learn how to defend yourself this is the place to go. These people know how to push you to be your best self in every aspect. They even allow me to bring my 3 year old while I’m working out. And if she acts up they’ll tell her something. Which is great, because half the time she isn’t listening to me. But now she’s learned a bit of respect because of them.
